◦ Exchanges are processed within 15 days of purchase

◦ Items must be the exact item that it is in the order

◦ No damages to the clothing such as stains, holes, rips, missing drawstring, missing zippers, missing buttons, missing pockets on the items being exchanged

◦ No shrinking and discoloration from washing and drying
